Our Approach to Problems

Raven team members have extensive experience in leachate management, including owning and operating leachate treatment facilities. Whether one requires pretreatment to lighten loads, total treatment to adhere to more stringent discharge requirements, or enhancements to existing infrastructure, Raven can assist disposal facilities with managing leachate streams by providing turnkey treatment solutions that adhere to federal, state and local regulations.

Raven team members have extensive experience in managing HMCW such as municipal biosolids and agricultural sludges. Through strategic alliances with technology providers, Raven can recover valuable nutrients and reform excess wastewater into valuable commodities.

Raven can assist POTWs with implementing economically feasible treatment solutions to accommodate high strength waste streams, including PFAS-laden streams, as well as assisting POTWs with managing sludges generated from treatment processes.

Raven offers a robust suite of treatment solutions that enable large industrial generators to recover and reuse their resources, allowing for its beneficial reuse onsite. In many cases, Raven can implement treatment solutions that actually reform reclaimed wastewater into product-grade syngas, which can be utilized for renewable energy, fuel or industrial gases.

Carbon-Rich Solid Wastes

Carbon-rich waste streams such as tires and railroad cross ties can be recovered and processed into a high-quality feedstock for product-grade syngas production and advanced material production.

Ensuring Reasonable Economics

While we can assist with a wide variety of waste problems, our primary focus is on resource recovery and mitigating environmental impacts to water supplies, removing contaminants such as:  metals; VOCs; SVOCs; TSS; TDS; ammonia; nutrients; minerals; and emerging contaminants such as PFAS.

We have multiple strategies available to mitigate the costs of managing challenging waste streams, including a combination of one or more of:
